Summary of LearningThe rapid change in the world of work is contributing to the change we are seeing in the learning and development industry. Learning initiatives that are embedded in organisational practice add value to the business through the achievement of business goals. This leverage is taking L&D professionals into the board room where L&D is now becoming a part of the broader HR foundation rather than just tacked on to the end of it. L&D professionals have a significant contribution to make to take their organisations into the future.
